Home Maintenance
Smaller house maintenance issues are how we meet a lot of our customers and we value these smaller jobs as much as any larger project. House maintenance is an extremely important job. Left unattended, these small problems become bigger problems and can end up costing a significant amount more than was originally necessary. We don't advise customers of any unnecessary repairs or works if we don't feel they are needed.
So if you have a missing roof tile, have penetrating damp, need new windows or uPVC gutters and downpipes or any other maintenance problem then please give us a call.
Listed Buildings & Restorations
In this day and age, with such a wide variety of modern chic designs, it's important to us and our clients to retain period features and restore older buildings to their former glory. We have experienced crews who work delicately to protect existing features and can source and fit materials like old Belfast brick, tiles, fireplaces, Belfast sinks and period sanitary ware plus other architectural salvage that will all tie-in seamlessly looking like it belonged in the original building.

Landscaping & Groundworks
As part of larger extensions and renovations, part of the works package often entails an exterior scope of works. As such, McLaughlin and Woods have become proficient in all types of landscaping and exterior groundworks.
We are geared for all kinds of soft and hard landscaping and are more than capable of installing any new paving or flagging for patios and terraces as well as power-washing services. Our joiners can easily tackle any fencing and decking also.
Another service we offer are new storm and sewer drainage. And for water-logged lawns, land drains and soakaways.
